Don’t buy this

The item arrived damaged and they asked for a video of the damage, I heard no response for sometime so I returned the item myself within the 14 days so I didn’t get punished for that. Still haven’t heard a response and want to be returned my money. The item itself doesn’t make sense and your giving up your AC outlet and can’t reach it easily unless you dismantle the whole system. Any little bump moves the plug and an error message occurs
