We did not receive a usb-c face plate but duplicate usb-a plates. I sent an email to customer support but still have not heard back. We installed the rear screen anyway to experience the screen and noticed that the screen takes about 5 mins to boot up upon entering the vehicle. Screen has a few helpful functions, is eye pleasing, otherwise for the high price paid, I can't say this is a very useful product.

Saved me a $1200 "fix" from the dealer. Thank you!

I’ve received no communication about my order.
I emailed to cancel my order twice and still heard nothing. This shipment was supposed to be a replacement, no ideal why it’s a replacement since I heard nothing about my order and had already requested a cancellation way before it was ship. I’ve requested a return and refund and still heard nothing from this company.

I order rear diffuser and it's incomplete. Missing the 2 corner pieces and rear light harness. Been trying to contact 4 emails and phone calls go to voice mail

Cap was slightly smaller than the one I was replacing, but until I am out of my car and someone else is driving I will not be able to see how the spinning red light works! ;-))
