Ordered 14 days ago and still have not received package or update on shipment status. Have tried to reach out to company via IG and phone number on website but no one picks up phone or replies to my messages. I like the company but am disappointed in the customer service. Please fulfill the order and give shipment updates.
Unit appears to be solid and well made and affixes to the rear view mirror well enough. However, it adds absolutely nothing to the view behind for the Model X. It is actually worse than the original mirror because everything appears smaller and there is nothing more visible except perhaps a tiny amount on the right side of the car. I highly recommend NOT purchasing this mirror if you own a Model X. I’d return it but at the price it’s not worth paying for return shipping. Send me a prepaid shipping label and I’ll send it to you free.
