We did not receive a usb-c face plate but duplicate usb-a plates. I sent an email to customer support but still have not heard back. We installed the rear screen anyway to experience the screen and noticed that the screen takes about 5 mins to boot up upon entering the vehicle. Screen has a few helpful functions, is eye pleasing, otherwise for the high price paid, I can't say this is a very useful product.
